Electric Drives - 23859 - EECE 503 - 20
Fundamentals of electric drive systems with applications emphasis. The course offers an integrative treatment of multiple components that make up electric drives, including electrical machines, power-electronics-based converters, mechanical systems, feedback controller design, and the interaction of the drives with the utility grid. Prerequisites: EECE 260, EECE 301, EECE 323 or equivalent, with permission of instructor.
